MOG Clean-Up for the Queen!
Well done! and a huge THANK YOU to all who travelled the road and the miles to remote Loch Buie, in South-East Mull, to help MOG and Mull-Adopt-a-Beach clean for the Queen earlier today (Sunday 6th March).
Mull Otter Group’s Big Beach Clean combined with the official launch of Mull-Adopt-a-Beach and the Grab Trust’s nationwide celebration to fill an astonishing 50 bags of assorted garbage from the coastline surrounding Moy Castle.
Marie Fox, MOG Fundraising Officer and founder of Mull-Adopt-a-Beach, said: “We may have filled 50 bags of rubbish, but it is so bad at Loch Buie that we will need to go back to finish the job!”
And, there lies the next challenge?!
